Description

The Baumer IR08.P03S-F40.NO1Z.7SCV 11148749 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with an enhanced distance feature from the GammaProx series. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 3 mm and operates with a temperature drift of ±10%. The sensor has a hysteresis range of 3 to 20% of Sr and includes a red LED output indicator. It is designed to work with various materials, having correction factors of 100% for mild steel, 65% for stainless steel, and 30% for aluminum. The switching frequency is 2 kHz, and it requires a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA when no load is present. The output circuit is an NPN make function (NO) with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. It features short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
