Description

Baumer IR08.P03S-F46.PO1Z.7SL 11148757 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with an enhanced distance feature (GammaProx) and a nominal sensing distance of 3 mm. It offers a temperature drift of ±10%, hysteresis of 3-20% of Sr, and is equipped with a three-port red LED output indicator. The sensor has a correction factor of 100% for mild steel, 65% for stainless steel, and 30% for aluminum. It operates at a switching frequency of 2 kHz and requires a voltage supply range of 6-36 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA when no load is present. The output circuit is a PNP make function (NO) with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of stainless steel with a PBT sensing face, measures 8 mm in diameter and 46 mm in length, and connects via an M8 connector.
