The Baumer IR12.D06L-F50.GP2I.7BF/A014 is a high-precision, flush-mounted distance measuring sensor with a measuring range of 0 to 6 mm and a resolution of less than 0.003 mm in High Accuracy Mode. It features repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm and linearity errors of ± 25 µm for distances up to 4 mm and ± 60 µm up to 6 mm. The sensor supports IO-Link communication and offers single point, two point, and window teaching methods. It has a fast response time of less than 1 ms, a switching frequency of 1 kHz, and operates within a voltage supply range of 8 to 36 VDC.
