The Baumer IR12.D06S-Q50.UA1Z.7BO 11123877 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical threaded sensor with a measuring distance of 0 to 6 mm and a high resolution of less than 0.005 mm (static) and less than 0.01 mm (dynamic). It features repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm and linearity errors of ±300 µm within 1.5 to 4.5 mm and ±720 µm across the full range. The sensor is designed to handle temperature drifts of ±4% up to 60°C and ±6% up to 75°C, with a rapid response time of less than 1 ms.
