The Baumer IR12.P06S-F40.NC1Z.7BCV 11148447 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with an enhanced sensing distance of 6 mm. It features a temperature drift of ±10%, hysteresis of 3-20% of Sr, and an LED red output indicator. The sensor is designed for use with various materials, offering correction factors of 100% for mild steel, 75% for stainless steel, and 45% for aluminum. It operates at a switching frequency of 1 kHz and supports a voltage supply range of 6-36 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA. The output circuit is an NPN break function (NC) with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of brass nickel-plated with a PBT sensing face, measuring 12 mm in diameter and 40 mm in length.
