Baumer IR12.P10S-N60.NO1Z.7BO 11148325 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with an enhanced distance feature from the GammaProx series. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 10 mm and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C, with temperature drifts of ±10% (0 to +60 °C) and ±15% (-25 to +75 °C). The sensor has a hysteresis of 3 to 20% of Sr and includes a three-port red LED output indicator. It is designed to work with various materials, having correction factors of 100% for mild steel, 75% for stainless steel, and 50% for aluminum. The switching frequency is 1.5 kHz, and it requires a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA at no load. The output circuit is an NPN make function (NO) with a maximum output current of 100 mA. It features short circuit and reverse polarity protection, a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC, and is housed in brass nickel-plated material with a PBT sensing face. The sensor has a diameter of 12 mm, a length of 60 mm, and connects via an M12 connector.
