Description

The Baumer IR18.D10L-F60.GP1I.7BF 11193949 is a high-precision distance measuring sensor with a measuring range of 0 to 10 mm and a resolution of less than 0.005 mm in High Accuracy Mode. It features repeat accuracy of 0.015 mm and linearity errors of ±40 µm for distances up to 8 mm and ±160 µm up to 10 mm. This sensor is equipped with IO-Link and offers various teaching methods including single point, two point, and window. It has a fast response time of less than 1 ms and a switching frequency of 800 Hz. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 8 to 36 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 15 mA. It includes push-pull IO-Link output circuit with an output current of 100 mA, and it is protected against short circuits and reverse polarity. The sensor is designed with a cylindrical threaded brass nickel-plated housing, a PBT sensing face, and an M12 connector.
