The Baumer IR18.D10L-F60.GP2I.7BF/A014 is a high-precision, flush-mounted distance measuring sensor with a measuring range of 0 to 10 mm and a resolution of less than 0.005 mm in High Accuracy Mode. It features repeat accuracy of 0.015 mm and linearity errors of ±40 µm for distances up to 8 mm and ±160 µm up to 10 mm.
