The Baumer IR18.P15S-N35.NO1Z.7BCV 11148809 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded inductive sensor designed for enhanced distance detection with a nominal sensing distance of 15 mm. It features a temperature drift of -5% to +15%, a hysteresis range of 3-20% of Sr, and an LED red output indicator. The sensor is suitable for various materials with correction factors of 100% for mild steel, 85% for stainless steel, and 55% for aluminum. It operates at a switching frequency of 400 Hz and supports a voltage supply range of 6-36 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA. The output circuit is an NPN make function (NO) with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
