The Baumer IR30.D18L-F60.UA1E.7BO 11179028 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded sensor with a measuring distance of 0 to 18 mm and a high sensitivity of 0.56 V/mm. It offers excellent resolution, less than 0.005 mm statically and less than 0.01 mm dynamically, with a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm. This sensor features external teach-in adjustment options including 1-point analog, 2-point analog, and factory reset, all indicated by a yellow LED feedback. It has a linearity error of ±360 µm and a temperature drift of ±6% full scale. The response time is less than 5 ms, ensuring quick readings.
