
The Baumer IWFK 20Z8704/S35A 10155694 is a quasi-flush, linearized inductive sensor with a measuring distance of 0 to 10 mm and high resolution and repeat accuracy of less than 0.01 mm and 0.015 mm respectively. It features a linearity error of ± 50 µm and minimal temperature drift of ± 5% (Full Scale). The sensor offers fast response times of less than 2.5 ms (factory characteristic) and less than 3.1 ms (teach-in characteristic), and operates with a voltage supply range of 15 to 30 VDC. It includes an analog output of 0 to 10 VDC and supports a load resistance of over 1000 Ohm. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, housed in a durable polyester body with a PBT sensing face, and connects via an M8 connector. Suitable for operating temperatures from -10 to +70 °C, it is designed for robust applications with an IP 67 protection class.
