
Baumer IWRM 12U9502 10118831 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a measuring distance of 1 to 1.5 mm and a reference distance of 1.15 to 1.35 mm. It features a measuring speed of less than 0.5 mm/ms and a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm. The linearity error is ±60 µm, and it has a temperature coefficient of 1 µm/(K mm).
