Description

The Baumer O200.GL-GW1J.72CV/E022_F060 11230771 is a high-performance sensor with background suppression and a line beam version. It offers a sensing distance of 20 to 120 mm and a sensing range of 3 to 122 mm, capable of recognizing objects as small as 8 mm at 60 mm. This sensor features a pulsed red laser diode light source, with a wavelength of 680 nm and laser class 1, ensuring safe operation. It has a fast response time of less than 0.25 ms in High Speed Mode and minimal jitter under 0.06 ms. The device is equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output status, and offers both light and dark operating modes through its push-pull output circuit. Adjustments can be made via Teach-in and IO-Link, providing flexibility and ease of use. The sensor is designed with a rectangular, plastic housing (ASA, PMMA) with a PMMA front optics and is mechanically mounted using a smooth stainless steel sleeve. It operates within a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a low current consumption. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor is highly durable, with an IP 67 protection class, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -20 to +50 °C. It connects via a 4-pin, 2-meter PVC cable. This sensor is ideal for precise detection tasks in various industrial applications.
