Description

The Baumer O200.GR.F-GW1J.72NV/E026_H006 11212636 is a high-performance sensor with background suppression and a fixed focus. It features a sensing distance of 8 to 13.5 mm and a sensing range of 3 to 15 mm, capable of recognizing objects as small as 0.05 mm at 10 mm. Equipped with a pulsed red LED light source (644 nm wavelength), it offers a rapid response time of less than 0.25 ms in High Speed Mode. The sensor includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED for output status, with a flashing output indicator for alignment or lens soiling issues. It supports both Teach-in and IO-Link for sensing distance adjustment and has mechanisms for suppression of reciprocal influence. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with typical current consumption of 16 mA at 24 VDC. It features a push-pull output circuit with light/dark operate functionality, and includes protection against short circuits and reverse polarity. The compact, rectangular design measures 8 mm in width, 25.1 mm in length, and 14.1 mm in depth, with a PMMA front optics and a plastic housing. It offers a threaded sleeve M3 for mechanical mounting and comes with a flylead connector M8 4 pin. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and water ingress, and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +50 °C.
