Description
The Baumer O200.ZR-NV1T.72CV/E026 11231249 is an intensity difference sensor with a sensing distance of 20 to 200 mm and can recognize objects as small as 2 mm at 100 mm. It features a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED output indicator that flashes when alignment is needed or the lens is soiled. The sensor uses qTeach for easy sensing distance adjustment and includes suppression of reciprocal influence. It emits a point beam from a pulsed red LED with a wavelength of 644 nm and boasts a fast response time of less than 0.25 ms with jitter under 0.06 ms. Operating on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, it consumes a maximum of 40 mA at 10 VDC and typically 16 mA at 24 VDC. The output function can operate in light or dark conditions, and it features NPN complementary output circuit with a maximum output current of 50 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's compact design measures 8 mm in width, 25.1 mm in height, and 15.8 mm in depth, with a smooth stainless steel sleeve for mechanical mounting and a durable plastic housing. It connects via a 4-pin, 2-meter PVC cable and is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and water, suitable for operating temperatures from -25 to +50 °C.
