The Baumer OG120U.L-GW1O.7WL is a through beam sensor equipped with a pulsed red laser diode, featuring a wavelength of 670 nm and classified as laser class 1. It is designed to detect objects as small as 0.2 mm with a repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm and a rapid response time of less than 0.1 ms. The sensor offers adjustable sensitivity via a 270° potentiometer and supports multiple switching frequencies up to 10,000 Hz. It operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and includes a push-pull / IO-Link output circuit. The unit is housed in a robust die-cast zinc U-profile design, measuring 144 mm in width, 120 mm in fork width, and 90 mm in height.
