Description
The Baumer OHDM 16P5651 10159134 is a background suppression sensor designed for wafer mapping with a sensing distance of 123 to 143 mm and repeat accuracy of less than 0.1 mm at laser focus. It features a pulsed red laser diode light source, laser class 2, and a wavelength of 650 nm. The sensor has a fast response and release time of less than 5 ms, operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, and has typical current consumption of 25 mA. It includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED for output status. The sensor does not allow for sensing distance adjustment but includes features like suppression of reciprocal influence, short circuit protection, and reverse polarity protection.
