Description

The Baumer OT300.GL-NLNVT.72CU is a high-performance sensor equipped with background suppression and Time of Flight technology, offering a sensing distance of 100 to 1800 mm and a sensing range of 70 to 1890 mm. It features a repeat accuracy of ? 1400 to 5500 µm and a temperature drift of ± 15 mm. The sensor includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED for output status. It utilizes qTeach for easy sensing distance adjustment and has a focused distance of 700 mm. The device supports suppression of reciprocal influence and emits a point beam from a pulsed red laser diode (Laser class 1, 680 nm wavelength). It responds quickly with a response/release time of < 8 ms and operates on a 12 to 30 VDC supply, consuming a maximum of 60 mA with no load. The output functions are light operate and complementary, with an NPN output circuit and a maximum output current of 50 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's compact design measures 12.9 mm in width, 32.3 mm in height, and 23 mm in depth, housed in durable plastic (ASA, PMMA) with a PMMA front optics. It connects via a 4-pin, 2-meter cable and is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and water ingress.
