Description
The Baumer OXM100-R10V.001 is a versatile laser profile sensor designed for precise measurement across a variety of parameters including height, line/angle, area, edge, width/gap, and more. It features a measurement range of 100 mm, a clearance distance of 150 mm, and a working range of 150 to 250 mm. The sensor provides high-resolution data with a profile resolution of 125 to 210 µm in X-direction and 24 to 36 µm in Z-direction, capable of capturing 200 to 500 profiles per second. It ensures accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 20 µm and a linearity deviation of ±0.2% MR. The robust design includes a die-cast zinc case and a PMMA front cover, measuring 36 mm x 80 mm x 70 mm and weighing 450 g. Connectivity options include an M12, 12-pin, A-coded male electrical connection and a USB-C port for parameterization. The sensor operates within a voltage supply range of 18 to 30 VDC and includes multiple output options such as 4-20mA, 2-10mA, 0-10V, and 0-5V.
