Description
The Baumer OXP200-B20C.004 is a high-precision profile measurement sensor with a measurement range of 200 mm and a clearance distance of 300 mm. It operates within a working range of 300 to 500 mm and offers a field of view between 180 mm and 300 mm. The sensor delivers high-resolution measurements with a resolution in X from 310 to 517 µm and in Z from 21 to 45 µm. It features a repeat accuracy in Z of 54 µm and a linearity deviation in Z of ±0.27% MR. The sensor is capable of capturing 200 to 600 profiles per second, each consisting of 580 pixels. Equipped with a blue laser (405 nm) with a maximum power of 33 mW, the sensor ensures precise profiling with a line length of 300 mm and a line width under 150 µm at the reference distance. It supports a voltage supply range of 18 to 30 VDC and includes Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities. Connectivity options include an M12, 12-pin, A-coded male electrical connection and an M12 8-pin, X-coded female Ethernet connection. The sensor also features four differential encoder inputs and a trigger input for enhanced functionality. Constructed with an aluminum case and a glass front cover, the Baumer OXP200-B20C.004 measures 36 mm in width, 74 mm in height, and 60 mm in depth, and weighs 270 g. It is designed for robust and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
