Description

The Baumer RR30.DAJ2-GGPI.9VF 11221309 is a high-performance sensor with a scanning range of 0.3 to 12 meters and features IO-Link dual channel technology for efficient communication. It offers a repeat accuracy of 1 mm and a quick response and release time of less than 40 ms. The sensor is designed to minimize temperature and power-up drifts, ensuring reliable operation with a compensated adjustment after 20 minutes. It includes a yellow LED light indicator for operational status and a green LED for power indication. Operating on a carrier frequency of 122 to 123 GHz with a 1 GHz bandwidth, this sensor provides a range resolution of 500 mm and maintains typical hysteresis of 5% at the far limit of its scanning range. The linearity error is maintained within ±10 mm, and it uses FMCW modulation type with a transmitting power of less than +20 dBm. The aperture angle is 6 degrees, and it boasts an impressive MTTF of over 126 years. The sensor is equipped with multiple safety and durability features, including short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and can operate within a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC. It supports a baud rate of 230.4 kBaud and has a maximum current consumption of 200 mA with no load. The output circuit is an IO-Link/push-pull with an output current of 100 mA and 50 mA for the second output. Designed with a cylindrical threaded stainless steel housing (1.4404 V4A), the sensor measures 30 mm in width/diameter and 107 mm in height/length. It connects via an M12 connector and is rated IP 68/69K & proTect+ for high protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh environments. The operating temperature range is from -40 to +65 °C, and it can be stored from -40 to +85 °C. This sensor is compliant with multiple international standards, including Ecolab, FCC, RSS-210, and EN 305 550, ensuring its suitability for global use in various industrial applications.
