Description

The Baumer UL06-GP2J.7AF/H014 is an ultrasonic through beam sensor designed for high precision with a repeat accuracy of 0.2 mm and a quick response time of 0.25 ms. It is ideal for applications requiring detection of fast-moving objects with speeds up to 4 m/sec. The sensor can handle label gaps greater than 2 mm and label thicknesses up to 5.9 mm. It features a Teach-in button for easy sensitivity adjustment and an LED yellow output indicator. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 18 to 35 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 40 mA. It offers adjustable NO/NC output functions and includes an IO-Link/push-pull output circuit with a maximum output current of 100 mA. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its compact U-profile design measures 90 mm in width, 45 mm in height, and 18 mm in depth, with a fork width of 6 mm and a penetration depth of 70 mm. The housing is made of anodized aluminum, ensuring durability, and it connects via an M12 5-pin connector. Suitable for operating temperatures ranging from 0 to +60 °C, it is protected against the elements with an IP 67 rating.
