The Baumer UNCK 09T9114/D1 11004100 is a high-precision ultrasonic sensor with a scanning range of 3 to 150 mm. It features exceptional repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm, which improves to less than 0.1 mm with an active filter. The sensor's resolution is less than 0.3 mm, enhancing to less than 0.1 mm with the filter. It has a quick response time of less than 7 ms and minimal temperature drift. The device operates at a sonic frequency of 380 kHz and includes helpful alignment aids such as target indication flashing and dual-color LED indicators. It supports a voltage supply range of 15 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 35 mA with no load. Communication is facilitated through an RS232 output circuit with a baud rate of 115200. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
