Description
The Baumer VS XC100M20X00EP is a high-performance vision sensor featuring a 1/1.8? CCD monochrome sensor with a resolution of 1600 1200 px. It includes an integrated flash controller for direct illumination, with additional illumination accessories available. This model offers two operational modes: a high-resolution mode with up to 7 inspections per second and a high-speed mode with limited resolution at up to 15 inspections per second. It can handle up to 255 different jobs, with each job capable of managing up to 32 features. The sensor is equipped with Baumer FEX 4.0 signal processing, a defect image memory for four images, and supports C-mount lenses. Power requirements are modest, with a typical consumption of 5W and a voltage supply range of 18 to 30 V DC. Connectivity options include five digital inputs for various functions such as trigger, job selection, and external teach-in, along with five PNP digital outputs for signaling pass/fail results, flash sync, alarms, camera readiness, and output enable. Setup is facilitated through an Ethernet connection, supporting both TCP and UDP protocols, and configuration can be managed via a web interface.
