Datasensing AC1/CP-1A86 Sensors

The Datasensing AC1/CP-1A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating range of 0 to 0.65mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 4x4mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.28 ± 10%), aluminium (0.21 ± 10%), brass (0.32 ± 10%), and stainless steel (0.63 ± 10%). The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift of Sr (< 10%) and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Designed for proximity functions, the sensors have a PNP output type with an NC output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1.5V at 100mA, and they feature a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. They offer robust protection features, including short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and protection against inductive loads. Constructed with a shielded mounting and housed in AISI303 stainless steel, the sensors have a diameter of Ø4 and a length of 30.2mm. They are connected via a 5m PVC cable and have an active head made of PBT. The sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67, these sensors are built to perform in demanding environments.
