The Datasensing AD1/AP-1A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating range of 0 to 0.65mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 5x5mm FE360. They feature a PNP output with a normally open (NO) function and a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate detection. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA.
Constructed with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are equipped with a 5m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. The sensors also include advanced protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ? 50ms, and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. They are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
