The Datasensing AD1/AP-3AAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring accurate and reliable detection. The sensors feature a standard target size of 5x5mm FE360 and offer correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
Engineered with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors ensure durability and longevity. They are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and are designed for shielded mounting. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA.
The AD1/AP-3AAN Sensors provide a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function, and a switching frequency of 5kHz. They include essential protective features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are also equipped with a yellow LED indicator to display the output state.
Certified with CE and cULus approvals, these sensors meet ATEX II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc and II 3D Ex tc IIIB T60°C Dc standards, ensuring safe operation in hazardous environments. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and offer mechanical protection with an IP67 rating.
