The Datasensing AE1/AN-2F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a metal casing that ensures longevity and robustness. The LED status indicator is visible from 360°, providing clear operational feedback. With an IP67 rating, these sensors are protected against dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh environments. The AE1/AN-2F Sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. They are equipped with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring complete safety against electrical damages. The sensors are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing. These sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They feature a high switching frequency of 5kHz and a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA. The AE1/AN-2F Sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and come with an M8 plug connection for easy installation. With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. They are compatible with various materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminium, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are CE and UR approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
