The Datasensing AE1/AN-4F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature an M8 LD unshielded NO/NPN connection, offering a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.24mm. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing, they ensure durability and resistance to harsh environments, with an IP67 protection rating. The sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and are compatible with ATEX models, category 3, upon request.
Engineered for complete protection against electrical damages, these sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed to handle a maximum ripple content of ? 10% and feature a switching frequency of 5kHz.
The AE1/AN-4F Sensors are suitable for various materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They maintain high repeat accuracy and minimal thermal drift, ensuring consistent performance.
