Datasensing AE1/AP-1A86 Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/AP-1A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M8 shielded design, these sensors operate with a NO/PNP output and come with a 5-meter PVC cable for flexible installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors offer excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.29), aluminium (0.38), brass (0.49), and stainless steel (0.78). Engineered for stability, they exhibit a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are versatile for various applications. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 10mA, a load current of ? 200mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A, with an output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, and they become operational in less than 50ms. Built with robust protection features, they include short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
