The Datasensing AE1/AP-1AAN Inductive Sensor is designed for precision and reliability in industrial environments. This M8 shielded sensor features a NO/PNP output with a 2-meter PVC cable, ensuring easy integration into your systems. It operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and supports a switching frequency of up to 5kHz, making it suitable for high-speed applications. The sensor boasts a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360.
Constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, the sensor is equipped with a PBT active head and is designed for flush mounting. It offers robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. The sensor is rated for use in hazardous environments, with approvals for II 3G Ex nA IIC T5 Gc and II 3D Ex tc IIIB T90°C Dc, and provides mechanical protection up to IP67.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA, and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensor's performance is further enhanced by its low thermal drift of Sr (< 10%) and repeat accuracy of < 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. It is also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts, this sensor is ready for immediate deployment in demanding industrial applications.
