The Datasensing AE1/AP-3HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an M8 standard flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.62mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring reliable performance in various applications. The sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, providing robust protection against environmental factors.
With a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are suitable for high-speed operations. They include essential protective features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors are designed to withstand mechanical shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
The AE1/AP-3HAN Sensors are ATEX II 3G Ex nA IIC T5 Gc approved, making them suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. They also feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are equipped with an M12 plug for easy connections. The sensors come with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting and offer an IP67 mechanical protection rating, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.
