The Datasensing AE1/AP-4A8FVF80 is an advanced inductive sensor designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M8 LD unshielded NO/PNP configuration, this sensor comes with a 200mm axial cable and an M8 3-pin plug for seamless connectivity. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 3.24mm. The sensor is optimized for a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.47), aluminium (0.52), brass (0.58), and stainless steel (0.79). Engineered for stability, it boasts a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc, it supports a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensor's output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.8V @200mA, and it features a maximum ripple content of ? 10%.
