The Datasensing AE6/AN-4F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M8 short case with a no-flush mount, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing, they ensure durability and resistance to harsh environments, meeting IP67 protection standards. Equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator, these sensors provide clear operational feedback. They support a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and are capable of handling a load current of up to 200mA. The sensors are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring complete protection against electrical damages. The AE6/AN-4F Sensors are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They maintain high repeat accuracy and minimal thermal drift, making them ideal for applications requiring precise proximity detection. With a switching frequency of 5kHz and a quick time delay before availability, these sensors are efficient and responsive. The sensors come with an M8 plug connection and are supplied with two M8x1 nuts for easy installation. They are approved by CE and UR, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
