The Datasensing AE6/CP-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact M8 short body housing with a flush mount design, making them ideal for tight spaces. The sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boast an IP67-rated metal housing for robust protection against dust and water ingress. Engineered for versatility, the AE6/CP-3F sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.62mm. They are compatible with standard targets of 8x8mm FE360 and have specific correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are designed for high-speed applications. They feature a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, ensuring reliable performance. The sensors are equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head material, the AE6/CP-3F sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. They are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. The sensors come with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting and are compatible with M8 plug connections.
