Datasensing AH1/AP-2H Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/AP-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. With an extremely compact size and robust metal housing made from AISI303 stainless steel, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions. The 360° visible LED status indicator ensures easy monitoring, while the IP67 protection degree guarantees resistance against dust and water ingress. For specialized applications, ATEX models in category 3 are available upon request. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing to suit various installation needs. The nominal sensing distance is 2.5mm, with an operating range of 0 to 2.02mm, and they are optimized for a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. The AH1/AP-2H Sensors feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function, capable of a switching frequency of 5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output state indicator and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. With a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at UB 24V Ta=23°C ±5°C, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The housing material is AISI303 stainless steel, and the active head is made from PBT, providing durability and reliability. The sensors are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 EMC standards and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
