The Datasensing AK1/A0-1AAN Sensors are designed for high-performance proximity detection in industrial environments. These inductive sensors feature an M18 shielded design with a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm. They are equipped with a 2m axial cable and are suitable for hazardous areas, certified with II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc and II 3D Ex tc IIIB T85°C Dc ratings. The sensors offer a robust construction with a nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, ensuring durability and reliability.
With a switching frequency of 300Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors provide efficient performance with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current range of 3 to 100mA. The output type is NPN/PNP with a normally open (NO) function, and they feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. The sensors are equipped with essential protections, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
The AK1/A0-1AAN Sensors are designed for easy installation with a standard flush mount and come with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting.
