The Datasensing AK1/A0-2AAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for demanding industrial environments. Featuring an M18 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 6.48mm. They are equipped with a 2-meter PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity.
Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors ensure reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are designed with a NO (Normally Open) output function and support both NPN and PNP output types, with a switching frequency of 300Hz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of 3 to 100mA.
The AK1/A0-2AAN Sensors are equipped with multiple protective features, including short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors also feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms.
With a mechanical protection rating of IP67, these sensors are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh environments. They are compliant with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are approved with CE and UR certifications. Additionally, the sensors come with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting.
