The Datasensing AK1/A0-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. They feature a robust nickel-plated brass housing and are equipped with a PBT active head, ensuring durability in various industrial environments. These sensors offer versatile connectivity options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2, 3, and 4 wires. The AK1/A0-3H series supports both NPN and PNP output types with a normally open (NO) output function, and they operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. With a switching frequency of 150Hz and a load current capacity of 3 to 100mA, these sensors are suitable for high-speed applications. Safety and protection are paramount, with features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
