The Datasensing AK1/AP-2H4W Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 unshielded design with NO/PNP connection and M12 plug, these sensors are housed in durable AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring robust performance in various environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. The sensors offer excellent correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.53), brass (0.56), and stainless steel (0.77). They maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and they support a switching frequency of 600Hz. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and come with two M18x1 nuts for easy installation. With an IP67 mechanical protection rating, they are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility and IEC 60068-2-6/27 for shock and vibration resistance.
