The Datasensing AK1/AP-3A86AN Sensor is a high-performance inductive sensor designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M18 shielded design, this sensor operates with a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, making it ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. It offers a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.40), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.75), ensuring versatile application across different environments. Engineered with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V, this sensor guarantees consistent performance. Its hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and it supports a switching frequency of 300Hz, accommodating fast-paced operations. The sensor operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA, ensuring energy efficiency.
