The Datasensing AK1/AP-3AFGNL Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 shielded NO/PNP configuration, these sensors operate within a supply voltage range of 10 to 50V DC and are equipped with a flexible axial cable measuring 60mm in length. The sensor's housing is constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring robust protection and longevity. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. They offer excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
The AK1/AP-3AFGNL Sensors boast a high switching frequency of 300Hz and are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. They provide reliable performance with features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are designed for easy installation with a shielded mounting and come with two M18x1 nuts for secure attachment. With an IP67 mechanical protection rating, these sensors are suitable for use in harsh environments, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
