The Datasensing AM1/AN-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They feature a robust M12 standard flush mount design, ensuring durability and ease of installation. The sensors offer a variety of output options, including cable, M12, and M8 plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2 or 3 wires. For hazardous environments, ATEX category 3 models can be requested.
Engineered with a nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a high degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are equipped with advanced features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the sensors' high switching frequency of 2kHz and low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA make them suitable for fast-paced industrial applications.
With a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, these sensors deliver consistent performance. They are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
