The Datasensing AM1/AP-1A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M12 shielded design, these sensors operate with a Normally Open (NO) PNP output and are equipped with a 5-meter axial PVC cable for versatile installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.22), aluminium (0.31), brass (0.41), and stainless steel (0.77). Engineered for stability, they exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 2kHz and an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 10mA, a load current of ? 200mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is ? 1.8V at 200mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%.
