Datasensing AM1/AP-3H Sensors

The Datasensing AM1/AP-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.33), aluminium (0.4), brass (0.5), and stainless steel (1.05). The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AM1/AP-3H models are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 2kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensors ensure reliable performance with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA. Designed for durability, these sensors come with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. They are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, ensuring robust performance in harsh environments. The sensors are shielded for mounting, have a tightening torque of 10Nm, and are rated for an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The AM1/AP-3H sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations, conforming to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, and offer IP67 mechanical protection. Each sensor comes with two M12x1 nuts for easy installation.
