Datasensing AM1/CN-1C Sensors

The Datasensing AM1/CN-1C Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a shielded M12 standard flush mount, they ensure durability and protection in demanding environments. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard, short body, and long distance, with options for 2 or 3 wire configurations. The output is available via a 2m PVC cable with a 90° exit, and models with M12 and M8 plug cable exits are also available. For specialized applications, ATEX models, category 3, can be requested. The AM1/CN-1C sensors are equipped with NPN output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 2kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with protection against inductive loads. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, these sensors operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are rated with an IP67 degree of protection. They are compliant with CE UR approvals and EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. Additionally, they come with supplied accessories, including two M12x1 nuts, and are built to endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
