The Datasensing AM1/CP-4A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M12 unshielded NC/PNP configuration, these sensors come with a 2-meter axial cable for flexible installation. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, making them suitable for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360.
With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are equipped with essential protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity.
The AM1/CP-4A model supports a switching frequency of 2kHz and operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA. It also features a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. The sensors are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2.
Designed for easy integration, the sensors come with two M12x1 nuts for secure mounting and offer a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating, making them resistant to dust and water ingress.
