The Datasensing AM6/AN-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature an M12 unshielded design with a NO/NPN output and a 2-meter axial cable for easy installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. The sensors offer a correction factor for different materials, including copper (0.41), aluminum (0.46), brass (0.52), and stainless steel (0.71), ensuring accurate performance across diverse environments. Engineered with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors maintain consistent performance even under varying conditions. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and the sensors operate at a switching frequency of 2kHz, with an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc. The no-load supply current is ? 10mA, and the load current can reach up to 200mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, and they feature a time delay before availability of ? 50ms.
