Datasensing AM6/AP-1AAN Sensors

The Datasensing AM6/AP-1AAN Sensors are designed for high-performance proximity detection in industrial environments. Featuring an M12 short case flush mount, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring reliable operation with a switching frequency of up to 2kHz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are also equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them robust and durable. The sensors feature a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. With a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C, these sensors provide precise and consistent performance. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
