
The Datasensing AM6/AP-2C86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 short unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. The sensors are designed to operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They feature a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA and are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced safety and reliability.
The AM6/AP-2C86 Sensors come with a 5m PVC cable with a 90° output for flexible installation options. They are compatible with standard targets of 12x12mm FE360 and offer correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
